Rooibos is exclusively harvested from South Africa from the plant Aspalathus Linearis.  The name means red bush.   Our blend is entirely caffeine free and guaranteed organic.  Rooibos is actually an herb, and studies performed in South Africa claim that it acts on the nervous system to ease irritability, headaches, nervous tension and insomnia; improves immune system function; and slows the aging process because it is very high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It is also a super anti-allergen.  Pronounced roy-boss, South Africans say it preserves the youth and gladdens your heart.

Peppermint serves as a calming agent to soothe an upset stomach and aid in digestion. It has a calming effect, and has been used to treat headaches and anxiety associated with depression,
